Certified psychologist with clinical practice experience, sexologist, international coach, also I have a degree in finance and I teach women financial literacy.

With more than 6 years of experience
At the beginning of my career, I worked in crisis centers for survivors of domestic violence and supported people struggling with addiction.

This path showed me not only the depth of human pain, but also that within each of us lies an immense resource for healing and growth. My work today is about helping people discover that resource and transform it into strength.

My mission is to help as many people as possible find freedom and live their best life, unlocking their full potential.
More than 1,000 clients have trusted me.
— Who is a clinical psychologist? What is the difference between a psychologist and a clinical psychologist?

— A clinical psychologist is a specialist who has deeper knowledge than an ordinary psychologist, is familiar with diagnoses from the international classification of diseases (DSM - IV.), can recognize them and knows how to work with them, this specialty is very close to psychiatry, but a clinical psychologist is not a psychiatrist. That is, I cannot prescribe medications, but I can refer you to a psychiatrist if necessary.

I work with the causes of these or other less borderline conditions, while a psychiatrist works with the symptoms. I support drug-free treatment and base my work around the concept that a person has enough resources to deal with a problem (there are exceptions).
Who is a sexologist?
He is a specialist who works with the deeper aspects of human sexuality, helping people find harmony between mind and body. Sexuality is not just about intimate relationships, but about the ability to feel, enjoy and live life to the fullest. When problems arise in this area, it often indicates a deeper imbalance: something important in life has "broken", like a supporting structure that supports an inner sense of joy and integrity.

My task as a sexologist is to restore this lost connection between body and mind, to help you hear and understand yourself, your desires and needs. After all, sexuality is an integral part of life energy, and when it flows freely, a person feels happy, fulfilled, and able to enjoy every moment.

Why my clients choose me?

I work deeply, systematically and efficiently.

  • Psychology + money + sexuality

Most psychologists work with emotions and trauma, but they forget that life is not only about feelings, but also about money, relationships, sex, and pleasure. I connect all these areas into a single system, because if one breaks, it affects everything. I see the whole picture and help you change it.
  • Not a theorist, but a practitioner

I don't just retell psychology books – I work with women every day, I see their pains, fears and inner inhibitions. I know what really helps and what is just beautiful words. All my techniques have been tested in practice, on real people, in real situations.
  • Depth without "digging in childhood"

I'm not forcing you to endlessly analyze injuries and look for what went wrong at the age of five. We go where we need to go, and as long as we need to go. You will not get stuck analyzing the past, but will receive concrete steps and tools that will change your life here and now.
  • I use unique method

I combine clinical psychology, sexology, coaching, and financial literacy because I know they're all closely related. You will not only understand yourself, but you will learn to live in a different way: without anxiety about money, without fear of judgment, without guilt over pleasure and desire.
  • I allow you to want more

In my space, you will not be judged for your ambitions, desire to live in comfort, receive gifts, earn, enjoy and get high from yourself. I work with women who are tired of choosing between money and love, work and pleasure, strength and tenderness. You don't have to choose anymore – you can have everything.
  • International experience

I've lived in different countries myself, and I know what every woman goes through when she leaves her home world. My international experience allows me to gain a deeper understanding of how culture, relocation, and a foreign environment affect self-esteem, money, and femininity. I help expats build their lives in another country.

I believe that communication is the key to everything.

After all, everything we have in life, we get through communication. I believe that this is one of the most important human skills that you can improve and change your life.

When I talk about communication, I also mean communication with yourself - it all starts with that.

When working with clients, I use an integral approach.

What is an integral approach?
— An integrative approach is an approach in which a psychologist in his work is not a proponent of any one therapeutic approach, but uses ideas, methods, theoretical positions from a variety of approaches and, depending on the requests of clients, can apply this knowledge.

I choose from a variety of methods that I own, the one that will be most effective for you and your specific request.

I am using various methods: cognitive behavioral therapy, dance and movement therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, art therapy, eye movement desensitization and processing (DPDG), family therapy, coaching, transactional analysis, and others, including author's, that is, those that I developed myself.

In my opinion, working with a psychologist in one approach is not suitable for every client because of the peculiarities of the psyche. The integrative approach is a more subjective, personal approach that makes it possible to achieve the greatest effectiveness of therapy.
